Privacy Policy

What data we collect

Browsing data. Like any website, the server hosting morpheushub.cloud automatically records some technical data about visits: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser and device type. This data is only used to run the website and protect it from abuse; it is not used to identify or profile visitors.

Visit statistics (only with your consent). If you accept statistics cookies in the banner, the website uses Google Analytics 4 to collect aggregate data on page usage: pages visited, visit duration, referring site, device and browser type, approximate geographic area. Google Signals and ad personalization are turned off.

Data sent through the contact form. If you fill in the form on the Contact page, you provide your name, email address, business name (optional), the type of need and the text of your message. The same applies if you write directly to the email address or call.

Why we process it and on what legal basis

• Browsing data: for the operation and security of the website, based on the controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) of EU Regulation 2016/679, GDPR).
• Visit statistics: to understand how the website is used and improve it, based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page.
• Form data and direct contacts: to answer your request and assess a possible collaboration, based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not use your data for marketing. If we wanted to do so in the future, we would ask for your specific, separate consent.

How long we keep it

• Browsing data is kept by the hosting provider for the time strictly necessary for the security and operation of the service.
• Google Analytics statistical data is kept for the period set in the service (2 months), then deleted automatically. Statistics cookies last up to 2 years in your browser, unless you withdraw your consent.
• Messages received through the form arrive as emails in the info@morpheushub.cloud mailbox and are kept for the time needed to reply and to manage any collaboration; they are then deleted. The website does not store them in its own database.

Who processes data on our behalf

Data is processed by the controller and, for technical aspects only, by providers acting as data processors:

• Hostinger, which hosts the website and the info@morpheushub.cloud mailbox and sends the emails generated by the contact form;
• Google Ireland Limited, which provides Google Analytics, only if you have given your consent (Google’s privacy policy).

Some providers may also process data outside the European Union, in particular in the United States: in that case the transfer takes place with the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s adequacy decision on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (to which Google LLC adheres) or standard contractual clauses.

Data is not made public or sold, and is shared only with the providers listed above, who process it on our behalf.

The website uses statistics cookies only if you give your consent in the banner. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

Your rights

At any time you can request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@morpheushub.cloud. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).

Changes

This notice may be updated, for example if we add new services to the website. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
